Not sure if there are substantive changes, but the footer on the login page and the about page both link to the now-spammy site, https://dvwa.co.uk/

Thanks for your comment, the actual plan is to keep a historical version list, along with a matrix of Apache / Linux / PHP and MySQL versions. This feature still being developed, meanwhile I will keep this issue open.
