Missing explanation of filter block. Had to get explanation for the conditions from opsgenie_service_incident_rule. An even better piece of documentation is found for the opsgenie_alert_policy resource.

Point is, there are several resources with similar blocks/parameters, but the documents for the different resource have inconsistent information.
