Harald Wellmann created PAXEXAM-909

Create a new container pax-exam-container-cdi-se based on the new CDI 2.0 API for launching a CDI container in Java SE.

With this API, it is no longer necessary to use implementation-dependent APIs, so pax-exam-container-openwebbeans and pax-exam-container-weld are no longer required when working with CDI 2.0.
