Pax Exam pollutes systemproperties [PAXEXAM-881]

Currently at different levels system properties are defined (e.g. for url handles, wen running a OSGi container and so on).
These are never reset and sometimes do not behave well (ex url handlers overwrites simply all handlers found).
We should add a way to the ExamSystem to define properties and reset them on cleanup to orginial values.
