Translate Github 'archive_download_url' to nightly.link link

In https://nightly.link/ its well documented how to translate artifact url to a nightly.link link, for links such as https://github.com/quassel/quassel/suites/13600506435/artifacts/749671501. But Github API for listing existing artifacts (https://docs.github.com/en/rest/actions/artifacts#list-artifacts-for-a-repository) gives access to artifacts with different url form: https://api.github.com/repos/quassel/quassel/actions/artifacts/749671501/zip In the end, nightly.link convert 'https://github.com/quassel/quassel/suites/13600506435/artifacts/749671501' into this url: https://nightly.link/quassel/quassel/actions/artifacts/749671501.zip

I think it would be better to note in the documentation that you can work without 'suite' id in the first place, and the coverter at https://nightly.link/ should know how to convert urls of the form: https://api.github.com/repos/quassel/quassel/actions/artifacts/749671501/zip
