[BUG]: Missing number line image
Describe the bug
User says:
The only problem is that I was studying fractions when the question came, it was about a number line and he asked where 2 3/4 was but there was no photo of the line, just a white square. I tried closing and opening it again, I tried restarting the phone but nothing worked.
Steps To Reproduce
Go to Fractions > Mixed Fractions and the number line > Play until you get to the card mentioned.
Expected Behavior
The number line should be visible.

Additional Context
I suspect that this could be linked to https://github.com/oppia/oppia-android/issues/5112, which is now resolved. But it needs verification.
I have reproduced this bug Steps :
- Go to Fractions -> Mixed numbers and number line 1
Because of this we can't submit answer and proceed further.
