[Feature Request]: Fast-Follow Item for NPS Survey - Add unique user ID to the Responses

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We want to know if certain users are being served the NPS Survey too frequently. At the moment, we do not have a way to link all the event logs that come from a specific user profile.

Describe the solution you'd like

Once we have implemented the unique user id feature, we should attach this to the survey event logs so that we can group logs that originate from one user profile.

This is blocked by the core metrics implementation.
