Describe the bug Answers in the options are displayed incorrectly but on selecting they are displayed correctly in The commutative and associative laws

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'All Topics' - Expressions and Equations
2. Complete 1st Chapter
3. In the 2nd chapter- The Commutative and Associative Laws' go to question 532+7
4. Verify the options displayed

Expected behavior 37 must be displayed instead of 3 for 1st and 3rd options

Actual Result: 3 is displayed as a product for 1st and 3rd options

Environment Device name: One plus Nord2 5G Android version : Android 11 App version : 0.7-alpha-d1b2827517

After submitting the answers the products are displayed correctly

Ah, I'm curious how this'll change with #3852 merged in as it's making a lot of changes to the bullet list.

Either way, this seems like a low-priority fix as the content isn't actually wrong. I think we'd be fine shipping this in beta.
