Overlapping voiceover with the background music

Describe the bug When there is background music playing in the device and start the voice over in an exploration the voice-over overlaps with the background music instead we expect the background music to stop when we start the voice over and continues when we stop the voice over. (This case might be really rare as the users (learners) wouldn't use background music while learning but this case is a bad UX)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open some music to run in the background.
  2. Open an exploration with the voice over
  3. Start the voiceover
  4. See that the background music overlaps with the voice-over.

Expected behavior Stop the background music automatically when the voiceover is playing

@anandwana001 I am currently struggling with some fundamentals related to this issue and need some more time to get through them. I am unassigning this for now, so that the issue doesn't remain blocked and remains open for other contributors. Will re-assign myself in few days if nobody else opts to work on this.
