“Correct”/"Congratulations" message persists after restarting the quiz(Web-Desktop/Android)

Description of the Bug:

When the correct answer is entered, the expected "Correct" message is displayed. However, if the user selects Restart from beginning, the "Correct" message appears again immediately at the start of the lesson/quiz, even though no answer has been entered yet.

**Works fine for incorrect answers

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to https://www.oppia.org/create/l0S8zoUrVQNd#/preview/Introduction
  2. Enter the correct answer → observe the "Correct" message.
  3. Select Restart from beginning.
  4. On the restart, the "Correct" message still appears at the start.

The same applies for Congratulations message also

The Congrats message is present throughout the quiz,if not refreshed.
