Ratios lessons -- some text might need to be simplified.

From a research report on the Android app:

• "What is a Ratio?": The student encountered difficulty in answering a question on page 18 due to the grammar being too complex for her to understand fully, leading her to guess her answer. However, she managed to comprehend the contents of the screen.
• “The Importance of Order”: The student had trouble answering questions on page 7 and 10 due to the complexity of the words being too much for him to fully understand, leading him to guess the answers, and the wording was too lengthy, which caused him to become tired at some stage.

@seanlip Can you provide a screenshot please? Epecially for the 'What is a Ratio' lesson. For the second lesson, I have fixed the issue by making the options less wordy.
