[BUG]: Answer is requested on a Page with no questions
Describe the bug
On one of the questions in Financial Literacy: Basics of Making Money, on chapter 5; Simple record keeping, there is a request for an answer when a question wasn't asked.

Steps To Reproduce
- Open Basics of Making Money lesson
- Select "Simple Record Keeping"
- Keep progressing until learning progress stage 4 is almost done and you get to a page that is displaying the digital options to calculate revenue
Expected Behavior
An answer is needed but there was no question asked
