Language selector is not visible on addition and subtraction - chapter 1 "what is addition?"

Steps To Reproduce

1 - Open Addition and Subtraction lessons, chapter 1 2 - In the first page you don't see the language selector, so, you can't translated it.

Expected Behavior

Language selector should be visible, similar to the other pages.

Note: This is happening because of missing translations in https://www.oppia.org/create/OKxYhsWONHZV#/translation/Introduction. Moving this to the lessons-team queue since translator action is needed (the fix is not technical).

This has been fixed. We currently have this lesson available in 4 languages. More options will come up as other language teams translate. Thanks for raising this!
