[BUG]: English Audio Unavailable
Describe the bug
This occurred during two sessions the first was during the first lesson in chapter one of ratios in which the English audio was unavailable The second occurred in the first lesson in chapter one of multiplications in which the English audio was unavailable The two web baseline studies were on a Samsung tablet

Steps To Reproduce
1- Click on the first chapter in Multiplications and Ratios 2- Participate in the first lesson 3- put on the audio of the lesson and the audio of the language English is availiable
Expected Behavior
I expect that when i am watching a lesson and listening to the audio, the language I want should be available.
