请求添加美国服务器的支持

这个稍微有点困难，不知道美国的My BMW的登录URL是什么样的，也不知道是什么登录方式，如果有美国的朋友能提供这些的话，加进去应该很容易

主要是需要知道美国的MY BMW的服务器网址，和登录方式，比如是手机+短信还是用户名+密码, 有没有验证码一些列的问题。

网址可以用抓包软件(比如Wireshark)获得。

登录是弹出一个login.bmwusa.com的网页后输入账号密码。第一次登录没有提示需要验证码之类的。

作者已经切换成MyBMW 的接口了，里面能找到非大陆地区的MyBMW API和运行方式，不过建议等作者再更新几版吧，换了新接口，短期内bug会比较多

我之后在看看他们的接口，比较困难的是没有账号的话没办法做测试，只能Blind Code了。

感觉直接让那个作者来提PR会比较好一点。。。他手上应该有很多外版车辆的资料
