Internal NICs are not showing up in interfaces to choose from

I bought this newer device but the NICs are not appearing: GMKtec Mini PC Gaming, K5 AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS up to 4.75GHz Mini Computer Desktop Preinstalled Windows 11 Pro 32GB DDR5 RAM 1TB PCIe Dual SSD, USB 4.0, HDMI, 4X USB 3.2 Ports, WiFi 6, BT5.2

How can i troubleshoot this OS? Is there a plugin/package I can run to install these NICs correctly?
