security/acme-client: add support for Timeweb Cloud DNS API

How to add dns_timeweb.sh into WebUI? It's present in /usr/local/share/examples/acme.sh/dnsapi and working, but not in the WebUI. OPNsense 25.7.7_4-amd64 / ACME client 3.1.1_2
