[Telegraf] Add namepass option to outputs

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I would like the ability to route metrics and logs to separate data sources so I can send suricata alerts to a logging databsae and store my metrics in a metrics database.
Describe the solution you'd like I would like to have the namepass option added to outputs that functions similar to the Disk Ignore FS where users can add 1 or items and maps to a list in the telegraf config but it uses the namepass option in the telegraf to allow users to route certain metrics to certain data sources.
Describe alternatives you've considered to enable this manually I have disabled all outputs and I'm doing this manually in a file /usr/local/etc/telegraf.d/
