rfc2136: Plugin can't update on a non-default port (!= 53)

Describe the bug If you use a DNS server with a non-default port (not 53), you can't use this plugin because it's not described or possible to enter the used port. Non-default ports are often used on a hidden primary setup.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Put domain:port in the field
- It's not working
Expected behavior A given port would be used to connect to.
Nevermind, of course after the creation of the issue I figured out that a space seems to work, so "example.com 12345" looks fine. Maybe this could be documented somewhere as a hint? If not, feel free to close this issue.
