misc/theme-cicada: bottom right corner of some widgets not themed in Google Chrome and Safari

Describe the bug When using Google Chrome and Safari, and the Cicada OPNsense theme, the bottom right corner of some OPNsense Dashboard widgets are unthemed, appearing as a white rectangle. These widgets are fully themed when viewing the OPNsense Dashboard with Firefox. Unfortunately, I am unaware of the last version of the Cicada theme where this was not an issue.

To Reproduce

1. Apply Cicada OPNsense theme
2. Add RSS and System Log widgets to OPNsense GUI Dashboard
3. View Dashboard in Chrome or Safari
4. Bottom right corners of both widgets are not themed

Expected behavior As with other widgets and when viewing these widgets from Firefox, the bottom right corner of these widgets should also be themed.
