Log filter selection has no effect

Describe the bug

Logs do not update, neither live view nor plain view. While investigating I found that the date filter does not reflect its selected value.

Tip: to validate your setup was working with the previous version, use opnsense-revert (https://docs.opnsense.org/manual/opnsense_tools.html#opnsense-revert)

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to firewall plain text log
2. Click on Last Day filter dropdown
3. Select any other value
4. The selection remains Last Day

Expected behavior

The selected item should become the current value of the dropdown
