Could you please re-arrange the alias content box controls from underneath it to above it?

On large aliases, sysadmins have to scroll all the way to the bottom, through the huge tokenized view of the alias content, only to switch it to its text mode. This can be only done by spinning the mouse wheel or by fishing for the elusive and narrow browser's scrollbar, which causes a lot of grief for everyone who edits the aliases.
Describe the solution you like
The tiny links (Clear, Text etc) beneath the content box could be moved to the top of it, so as to avoid having to scroll to the bottom of the tokenized view.
