The easiest option to gain traction is to close this ticket and open a new one using one of our templates.
Today the dropdown list is working fine. Had done <Ctrl>F5 numerous times to no avail in case it was a client-side caching issue. Perhaps it was a server-side caching issue. But it spanned across 24.1.5_1 to 24.1.5_3 update. As well as several reboots.
No idea of cause or resolution.
