OPNcentral: Schedule firewall updates & reboots

Dear OPNsense-Team,

we are managing customer firewalls via OPNcentral and would like to schedule firewall updates/upgrades/reboots centrally. Most firewalls have to be updated outside of business hours and it would be good if we could schedule these events.

The easiest option to gain traction is to close this ticket and open a new one using one of our templates.

it might make sense to build a UI to control at(1) from OPNsense BE, this ticket https://github.com/opnsense/core/issues/1798 is similar but different scope.

Just to add one more comment: a preferable solution is an at(1) API similar to what cron offers but in practice works like packet capture MVC. The "cron" parts are time of execution and command and parameters.
