Adagios on docker (centos 7): Couldn't find index page for 'six' (maybe misspelled?)

Really hoping someone can point me in the right direction on this:

When I try to run adagios via docker, it starts the install and fails with: Couldn't find index page for 'six' (maybe misspelled?)

Any help is appreciated. I figured I'd try running adagios via docker as my old adagios install started acting up after cent updates.
