1. DDR（内存）初始化完全成功。频率提升正常： 内存频率从默认的 324MHz 一路成功切换到了目标频率 1560MHz(final freq)。这意味着 LPDDR4 的时钟信号也是稳定的。容量识别正确： Size=2048MB，识别到了 2GB 内存。 2. U-Boot SPL 启动正常。日志显示 U-Boot SPL 2017.09-g606f72bd97a...。CPU 核心工作正常，能够从片内/片外引导介质读取到最基础的引导代码（SPL）并开始执行。串口（UART）通讯也是正常的。 3. 核心问题：存储设备无法识别或数据为空。 日志的后半部分全是关于存储介质的报错，导致系统无法进入下一阶段（Main U-Boot 或 Kernel）。系统试图通过 SPI 总线读取 Flash ID，但读回来全是...
我测试了下r66s，内核版本6.1.154及以前的可以使用，从6.1.155内核开始就无法启动了，我看看内核配置改了还是什么改了。
6.x.y的3个系列都修好了，我本地测试完成了，已经更新到kernel仓库，正在编译中。不能支持rockchip的我已经从stable和dev都删除了。
降低dtb的频率至25hz试试，方法在仓库的帮助文档里
