Update documentation of GitLab Integration

I do not have a ticket id.

What are you trying to accomplish?

Update the documentation of the gitlab integration as it is deprecated. I tried to connect gitlab to my own instance and it failed. Therefore I updated the documentation after confirming with the support team.

What approach did you choose and why?

I did not update all screenshots, only those necessary for setting up the integration at the beginning of the document. Also I adjusted the text to the new images. And added a sentence to improve understanding.

@HDinger thanks for not merging yet, because I've already updated parts of this page as part of the 17.0 branch, which will be published next week together with the release (you can see the preview here: https://www.openproject-stage.com/docs/system-admin-guide/integrations/github-integration/ )

@kuihlein could you re-base your PR please to avoid conflicts? Could you also please change the boxes color on your screenshots to green, so it's in line with the rest of the page?

Thanks for having a look at it @MayaBerd. I've updated my PR and changed the box colors to the same green as the other boxes.
