This is for now just a test to see what needs to be done in order to bump carrierwave to a 2.x version.

Is this effort still being worked on, and how can I help without getting in the way? This is an update I would greatly appreciate seeing happen. If this is not the correct way to enter the conversation, please direct me to where I can find the proper steps to take.
