[chore] fixing warnings and examples in relations api docs

WAT?

As usual, when taking on the OpenAPI spec for any feature, I try to remove a single warning and tidy up the endpoints related to it.

This time I encountered endpoints in relations (i.e. schema, form), that were not even available in the API anymore. So, dead documentation.
