Follow up on OP#31992 This should be merged only in 12.3.

@dombesz with the date picker changes now merged, can you rebase the PR (or merge in dev) to see if the feature specs turn green now? Some of the failures there seems to originate from start/due date and duration so rebasing might help.

The failing spec (spec ./spec/features/work_packages/bulk/update_work_package_spec.rb:103) is also failing on dev. I'm investigating that.

But this PR can be merged in the meantime.
