Move Reference printcolumn back to regular output

#276 moved the new Reference field out of the default output of kubectl get bundles behind the -o wide flag while the limitations associated with displaying the contents of the Reference field are being worked on. Once there is a clear next step, such as a field in the status of the Bundle that references the general content the Bundle is sourcing, the Reference field should reference that field and be moved back out under the default kubectl get bundles output.

Relates to #394. Once the BundleSource type has been updated we could move this more generic reference back into the regular kubectl output.

Each source type has different kind of reference fields and information. There may not be a good way to put the Reference to the regular output with the meaningful information for all source types.
