unable to read directory bundle_tmpxxx/metadata

I was actually having a hard time on this command opm index add, I add -p podman --generate but it seems i am getting an issue with the unable to read directory Can someone help me how to fixed this step by step?

Hi, We would like to ask if you can provide the version of podman you were using when you saw this issue. Plus, can you provide the output of the opm command that you ran as well? That would be helpful for us to debug this issue further. Thanks.
