Remove `alpha bundle validate` subcommand

This subcommand is duplicative and less featureful than operator-sdk bundle validate.

Let's do two things:

1. Announce that we're going to remove it and make sure stakeholders have a path to migrating to operator-sdk
2. Wait a month or two after we've done (1) and remove it.
