Hi ,

Unable to find "deploy/upstream/07_upstream_operatorsource.cr.yaml" which was Updated/changed in #157 .

The OperatorSource CRD was removed in this PR https://github.com/operator-framework/operator-marketplace/pull/323. Looks like quite a few samples, docs, and readme's still refer to it though.
