Emberwind page does not load

http://operasoftware.github.com/Emberwind/ does not load in the following environment:

Opera 12.12, Build 1707 Platform: Win32 System: Windows 8

It's also not working for me on mac safari/chrome. "An error occured while downloading Emberwind, please clear your cache and try again."

It's not running from GitHub hosting but running good in localhost , I am trying to fix it
