Header and Footer not Working

Hello everyone, I'm new in the hugo world and i want to install the tella theme so bad. But i have an issue when i try to run the website. The header and the footer are not working. They doesn't appear on the website. It surely comes from my method of installation but there are no complete guide on how we can run the example site. So i try to copy past the example site folder in the root of the website, everything seems to work except these two components. I tried for several days now to touch every file and to understand where it comes from but i'm running out of ideas. Screenshot 2023-06-23 at 14-18-06 My New Hugo Site

Hi, if you want to use example website as a starting point, you have to replace the content of the hugo.toml file (it should be in the website root) with the content of the config.tml file you can find in the exampleSite.

Thanks !! I already figured this out myself and i'm pretty happy with the modifications i've made :). In the Readme it's not that evident that the hugo.toml has to be delete or you have to copy paste in this file the config.toml content, especially for beginners on hugo like me.
