Can be use like lng file ? And add a Language Select Option in winvnc some dialog ,user can change Language by it self .

we just use Notepad then can Edit and Translate it.

question : beause network or other , the vnc mainwindow turn to black(connection lost or connection very slow) i try to press the refresh button . but it's no use...
