routerLinkNew event should include the source address for the dial

The routerLinkNew event currently reports the dialed address, as well as the source and destination router. It would be useful for modeling and monitoring the network to collect the source address in these events. This would allow the understanding of geography as well as network topology (BGP ASN, provider, etc.))
