support host.v2 in ziti-edge-tunnel

right now it seemst hat ziti-edge-tunnel doesn't support the built-in host.v2 config type. implement it similarly to how the current host.v1 is implemented first (without health checks etc) A second issue will be filed to support 'extended' features of host.v1/v2
