review getting started doc and make sure it's obvious that ziti expects ip or dns

see https://openziti.discourse.group/t/http-server-id-variable-for-http-hello-world-example/779/10 for what tripped up anew user. could we have done a better job making it obvious that 127.0.0.1 doesn't work and that one should use 'an ip' or 'dns'?
