Correctly identity jwt timeouts

states: One time tokens are delivered from the Ziti Controller as a jwt and the token expires 24 hours after the identity is created.

This is not correct. At this time it's set to 5 minutes and changing to 3 hours soon. It should have words to the effect that it's configurable by the controller.
