Allow custom automatic upgrade url

right now in ZitiUpdateService.exe.config one can set:

  • UpdateTimer
  • InstallationReminder
  • InstallationCritical

The url used is the github url to find the latest/newest versions, allow a user to override these settings getting values from another source.
