Move configuration and logging out of SYSTEM PROFILE

MS doesn't want us to use it - and it's confusing for users. Move the configuration files and logs out of the profile

  • logs were moved to the install folder some time ago - all that's left is the config file

logs are moved out with 1.6.x release stream - config/identities are remaining
