Bridge V8 tracing info

Node.js can now see the V8 tracing info. Some bridge of those internal traces into [zipkin] could be dandy.

Im keeping an eye on async wrap/hooks and friends landing on master - so we can get cls like stuff without the patchwork.

I suppose zipkin-context-v8 or something like that could be a plugin? Possibly work with a custom build of node.js until it has landed.
