In the instrumentingPage, you can read

Endpoint Annotations and binary annotations have an endpoint associated with them. With two exceptions, this endpoint is associated with the traced process.

Notes

• What exceptions are referred here?
• I have checked the PR which added it, but the description do NOT bring light
• comparing with previous paragraph introductions, I miss a breaking line. Something like
