Light OSGi tests

sometimes we have OSGi related glitches, such as missing internal specifiers. I know pax exists, but it has tended to be a bit slow part of the process. I noticed another approach in okhttp and wondering if we can do some light testing.. ideally without creating a separate maven module..

Thanks @adriancole , interesting approach, we do use PAX with CXF, it is indeed not the fastest / easiest one but it does the job. I will take a closer look, could be a good alternative to PAX.
