Enhancement: Reduce Image Size

I could not find any indication that this is already available.

There should be an option, in order to reduce zim size, to try and reduce image sizes. PNG can be converted to JPEG and JPEG can be re-compressed at a specified quality, if this will reduce the size.

Perhaps converting really large GIFs to MP4 can also be done.

I'm not sure we would consider implementing this feature.

So far, the philosophy of zimit has been to keep the original website as slightly modified as possible.

But on another side, re-optimizing images have shown to provide significant size improvements in many situations, so it probably makes a lot of sense to request this feature.
