Add capability to recreate a ZIM with updated metadata

We need a UI tool to recreate the ZIM with updated metadata to fix them, so that anyone on the content team can fix metadata issues without relying on a developper.

The updated ZIM must be published as any regular ZIM.

The idea is to include the zimrecreate tool as a scraper in the Zimfarm.
