Enhance Youtube documentation

Youtube documentation is missing what we discussed last time:

  • details about how to find the channel technical ID in the HTML page of the channel (to be placed in ERROR:Invalid channelId xxx: Not Found section)
  • details about the difference between a Youtube "user" and a Youtube "channel" (when to use which one, ...)

I explained all this in a video call / by chat on Slack, but this knowledge must now be transferred to the documentation for persistence / centralization.
