zim-requests Many wiktionary are failing

wiktionary_br, wiktionary_bn, wiktionary_scn and wiktionary_fi are impacted by the Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'replace') error: https://github.com/openzim/mwoffliner/issues/1998. I've disabled the recipes since it failed many times in a row.

wiktionary_sh is failing for a bad language metadata, I tried to force it manually to hbs and relaunched the recipe:

wiktionary_de failed once on https://farm.openzim.org/pipeline/81101e83-3cd2-48e4-81ee-4185cafa8f07 but it looks like a transient error, I relaunched the recipe, to be monitored.

wiktionary_sv is failing with Unable to retrieve js/css dependencies for article 'f:en': invalidtitle. I've opened an upstream ticket: https://github.com/openzim/mwoffliner/issues/2000. I've disabled the recipes since it failed many times in a row.

I do not tag the ticket as upstream for now since there is some monitoring (de + sh recipes) to be done by content team.

wiktionary_de and wiktionary_sv tasks succeeded, this is now an upstream issue.

We achieved to update them all, but many are failing again due to https://github.com/openzim/mwoffliner/issues/2335

A few additional recipes are passing now with MWoffliner 1.16.0, but we have a similar problem (to https://github.com/openzim/mwoffliner/issues/2335) around the favicon article, see https://github.com/openzim/mwoffliner/issues/2408
